English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC)

The English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) is formed when there are 20 or more identified English Learner students at a school as required by California Ed. Code. ELAC is comprised of parents and community members to advise the School Site Council on academic and budgetary matters for the purpose of closing the achievement gap and student achievement.
